One-of-a-kind vintage piece

Individually selected for its genuine vintage character, this piece carries a quiet sense of history through its pattern language, colour tone and time-softened textile depth

The border opens the palette: olive, ochre, blue and ivory forms run around a broad red field in narrow geometric bands. Inside, stepped navy corners lead towards a deep blue diamond with an ivory medallion at its centre. Small motifs above and below draw the design along its length.

Hand-knotted in Turkey with a pure wool pile, this vintage Yahyali rug balances strong symmetry with lively colour. Its medallion gives the composition an unmistakable centre, while the shifting detail along the border keeps the eye moving.
