We offer free shipping on rugs across New Zealand, with delivery available nationwide through our courier network. If any special delivery conditions apply to oversized rugs, rural addresses, or hard-to-access locations, we will contact you before dispatch.

Where We Deliver in New Zealand

We deliver rugs across New Zealand, including both the North Island and South Island. Orders can be sent to major centres such as Auckland, Wellington, Ashburton, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Dunedin, Queenstown, Palmerston North, Nelson, Invercargill, and other towns and regions nationwide. This allows customers throughout NZ to shop Silk Road Rugs online with delivery available well beyond our Christchurch showroom.

Dispatch Times

Dispatch times can vary depending on order volume, weekends, public holidays, and whether any extra handling is required before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery timeframe will depend on your location within New Zealand and the courier service handling the shipment.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Christchurch Showroom Pickup

If you would prefer to collect your order, showroom pickup is available from Silk Road Rugs at The Hub Hornby, Christchurch. Once your rug is ready for collection, we will confirm the pickup details with you. This gives Christchurch customers and nearby buyers the option to collect their order directly instead of using courier delivery.

Delivery Inspection on Arrival
