Blue is layered here rather than presented as a single tone. Cobalt, denim, navy, blue-grey and muted teal move through the wool pile, softened by warm beige flecks. Across the variegated field, ivory lines cross at irregular angles to form an open diamond lattice with the freedom of a hand-drawn sketch.

Hand-knotted in Morocco from pure wool, this rug balances depth of colour with uncluttered geometry. The raised ivory lines stand clearly against the blue ground, while each tonal shift gives the surface movement and a quietly individual character.
