A field of repeating cartouche-style motifs gives this Baltimore Upton vintage-inspired rug its distinctive rhythm. Rosettes, diamonds and smaller ornamental forms move through soft grey, muted rose, ivory and restrained blue, their varied scale softened by a gently distressed effect. Layered decorative borders frame the abundance, bringing order without making the composition feel formal.

Machine-made in Turkey from polyester, it has a smooth 8 mm pile and a refined transitional character. The understated palette keeps the intricate pattern light and composed, while the faded finish brings depth and an inviting time-worn quality.
