One-of-a-kind hand-knotted piece

No two are alike - each rug carries its own pattern, colour balance and handmade character

An extended chain of diamond medallions gives this Afghan Chobi Kilim Runner a calm, rhythmic flow from end to end. The long 384 cm format lets the pattern stretch beautifully, with muted teal, olive, ochre, rust, soft blue and ivory tones creating a more grounded look than the brighter Chobi Kilim runners.

Handwoven in wool, this flatweave runner has a collected textile feel: patterned enough to bring movement, but balanced enough to stay refined. The pale border, dark stepped edging and repeated central diamonds give the piece clear direction, making it a strong long runner with colour, structure and Afghan kilim character.

Care & Maintenance

  • Hand-knotted wool rugs are made to last with the right care. Vacuum gently using a suction-only setting, rotate the rug occasionally for even wear, and blot any marks promptly with a clean cloth rather than rubbing.
  • For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended to help protect the wool fibres, natural dyes and handmade structure of the rug.

Note

  • Each rug is professionally photographed to represent its colours as accurately as possible, while natural light, pile direction and digital display settings may create subtle variations in tone.
  • Each hand-knotted rug is coloured using 100% vegetable dyes, giving the fibres natural depth, gentle tonal movement and the individual character of handmade weaving.
  • Over time, vegetable-dyed handmade rugs may gently soften in tone, adding to the natural ageing and textile character that makes each piece unique.
