Can I pick up my order from the store?
Absolutely! You can collect your rug within 2 hours from our store after placing your order online. Visit us at The Hub Hornby, Christchurch.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Do you repair or clean rugs?
Yes, we do! We offer rug cleaning and repair services at a nominal charge. Bring your rug in for a quick check — we’ll assess the condition and give you a custom quote.
Can I return a rug if I don’t like it?
We currently do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
